I have not tried this yet and I am in no way benefitting from this post, but I am intrigued! I just recently came across SoulCore, a ministry dedicated to combining movement and prayer. I have personally always struggled to be consistent with exercise. It is hard to find the time as a busy mom of four kiddos under six and exercise is usually the first to go on the chopping block when time is limited. I don’t get a whole lot of down time and can sometimes pressure myself to make it efficient. The idea of prayer and movement together sounds pretty attractive! I am also intrigued by the fact that there are in-person classes and an online library. My new year’s resolution this year is to be intentional about moving a bit more each day. – I may or may not check this out… In any case, I thought I’d write a quick little post to share something that I discovered that peaked my interest. Maybe it will inspire you, if you have fitness goals for 2025!
