Are you ready to uncover the fullness of your femininity and live authentically as a Catholic woman? I’m here to guide you on a personal journey of discovery, helping you explore what it means to be a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and woman in a world that often misunderstands and distorts the feminine. Together, we’ll dive deep into your identity and vocation through a Catholic lens, combining the wisdom of the Church’s rich tradition with the latest psychological insights.

In a culture that increasingly misunderstands what it means to be a woman, I’ll help you connect with your true self. This process will be grounded in the profound teachings of Pope John Paul II, Edith Stein, the truth of human nature and biology, and the timeless wisdom of the Catholic Church. Together, we’ll explore how to embrace your role as a woman in the modern world, living authentically in all that you are.
Why Choose Catholic Feminine Identity Coaching with Me?
I have a background in theology, philosophy, communications, and psychology! I studied at Franciscan University and the Institute for the Psychological Sciences – now known as Divine Mercy University – which is the only graduate school in the country to teach psychology from a Catholic perspective. I also worked with Greg Bottaro at the CatholicPsych Institute when he launched his revolutionary mentorship program.
You bring your personal experiences, thoughts, feelings, and narratives. I will bring my expertise, knowledge, and compassion. Together, we will help you become who God made you to be. This isn’t just any coaching program—it’s a journey into deeper self-understanding and authentic living.
